» Your tasks:

  • You will support us in the preparation and follow-up of training sessions.
  • You will accompany training sessions and, if interested, take on the role of co-moderator.
  • You will support our team in organising seminars in the Learning Management System.
  • You will contribute your creative ideas to the independent development of digital learning programmes (e.g. eLearnings).
  • You will have the opportunity to play an active role in various HR development projects.
 

» Your profile:

  • Degree in intercultural psychology, business psychology, adult education or a comparable field of study
  • Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel and organisational development
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of English
