» Your tasks:
- You will support us in the preparation and follow-up of training sessions.
- You will accompany training sessions and, if interested, take on the role of co-moderator.
- You will support our team in organising seminars in the Learning Management System.
- You will contribute your creative ideas to the independent development of digital learning programmes (e.g. eLearnings).
- You will have the opportunity to play an active role in various HR development projects.
» Your profile:
- Degree in intercultural psychology, business psychology, adult education or a comparable field of study
- Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel and organisational development
- Good MS Office skills
- Good knowledge of English
