Your tasks:
  • You will be responsible for employee management and personnel deployment planning in the Rail division for approx. 6 employees
  • You will be responsible for the organization and control of operational processes
  • You will support loading and unloading in the rail area
  • You will be responsible for spot checks on loading, taking into account adequate load securing
  • You will be responsible for continuous process optimization based on regularly reviewed productivity and quality indicators
  • You will also be responsible for checking compliance with quality guidelines and targets as well as work instructions, including occupational safety requirements
  • At the same time, you will be in close coordination and cooperation with the commercial Rail department
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training in the logistics sector
  • You have already gained extensive professional experience in the warehouse, as well as initial management skills
  • You also have a solution- and results-oriented way of working
  • You can assert yourself when necessary and are decisive
  • Your willingness to cooperate, motivation and determination round off your profile
