As a member of our sea freight import team, you are part of the most successful sea freight product in our company. We manage sea freight imports from the supplier to the end customer and maintain very close cooperation with our customers. Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for the conscientious processing of customer orders (FCL and LCL)
  • You will be responsible for close support and cooperation with our customers
  • You will ensure trusting communication with our overseas offices, shipping companies, port operations and other companies involved in transportation
  • You take care of the organization of on-carriage transports including the coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
  • You take care of customs clearance (customs clearance or NCTS-T1 preparation)
  • You take care of shipment tracking and the setting of tracking events
  • You are responsible for the conscientious handling of customer complaints and claims processes
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training in the field of forwarding/logistics
  • You have gained initial professional experience in the field of sea freight import
  • You are comfortable working with MS Office 365
  • You love working in a team and have a high customer orientation
  • Your way of working is proactive and solution-oriented
  • Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile
